Whether you’re organising a getaway for a small team of four or a large-scale retreat for over 400, we’ll work closely with you to design a trip that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
The journey begins with a simple conversation. During this initial consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your vision and gather key details about your retreat. You might already have an idea of where you’d like to go and how many people will attend, but if not, don’t worry—we’re here to guide you through the entire process. Together, we’ll start shaping an unforgettable retreat experience tailored to your needs.
After understanding your needs, we’ll craft bespoke proposals tailored to your retreat objectives. Drawing from our network of trusted partners, we’ll provide you with pricing and availability to ensure the best options for your group.
Our goal is to present you with several unique packages, each designed to fit your vision. If you’d like to mix and match elements from different options, we’re happy to accommodate – though we do recommend limiting your retreat to no more than two continents (trust us, your team will thank you!).
Around 2 to 3 weeks after our initial consultation, and approximately 4 to 6 months before your retreat, we’ll reach the Agreement in Principle stage. If you’re happy with the proposals, we’ll refine the details and provide an estimate based on your preferences. We’ll then work with our trusted partners to secure the best price for your retreat.
At this point, we’ll consider this our virtual handshake, and a small deposit will be taken based on your retreat estimate. Don’t worry – nothing is set in stone just yet. We’ll remain available to assist with any adjustments or changes you may need.
This is where the fun begins. Forget 3 hours on hold, 17 chatbots, and 36 pop-ups—those are all the things we’ll handle for you. We’ll work tirelessly behind the scenes to secure everything for your retreat, ensuring all details are in order and ready for your team’s arrival.
We know that communication is crucial at this stage, so we’ll schedule regular meetings to keep you updated and accommodate any last-minute changes you may wish to make as the retreat approaches.
The remainder of your retreat fee will be due 4 weeks before the start date. But don’t worry – add-ons or changes can still be made right up until the very last day of your retreat!
